RETURN POLICY

We strive to deliver quality product and service! Our return policy allows us to continue bringing in new inventory so that we always have the newest styles for you to shop! Qualifying clothing returns are welcomed for store credit within 14 days from date of purchase. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. 


Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Merchandise must still have tags attached and be unworn, Clothing that smells of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, or has visible wear from being worn will not be accepted. No Exceptions.

Non-returnable items include: All Clearance Sale items, Flash Sale items, Final Sale items, Jewelry, Swimwear, Intimates, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Handbags, All Home Goods, Gifts, and Accessories.

SHIPPING

We offer $7 flat rate shipping and free shipping on all orders over $100. We are also happy to offer in-store pickup! We will email you an order confirmation when your order is ready to be picked up.

We hope you love your purchase! In the event that it does not work for you, please call or email us as soon as possible to initiate the return process. Returns must be received in new condition. All tags must be attached and garments must not show signs of wear. Please note that we offer refunds in the form of store credit so that you can find something else you love! WE DO NOT REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. Store credit will be issued in the form of an emailed gift card within 3 days of the receipt of the return.
